The Opportunity

You’ll work across our two welcoming clinics in Carrum Downs and Rowville, both easily accessible by public transport. This is a full-time role with weekend shifts, with flexibility available to suit the right candidate.

You’ll support a diverse range of clients across orthopaedics, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, NDIS, chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health, pulmonary rehabilitation and functional capacity assessments.

Your key duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.





- Providing a holistic approach to client care via the identification of underlying injury causes with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health.

- Managing and building on our large existing client base by developing a loyal caseload.

- Building relationships with local referrers, including GP's, personal trainers, sporting teams and specialists.

- Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to our clinic's growth.

While we’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist for this role, graduates are also encouraged to apply - our clinics are committed to supporting clinicians at every stage of their career.

What We Are Looking For

You’ll be a physiotherapy-degree-qualified, AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting optimal health outcomes. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and grow within a supportive team.

We’re looking for someone who is punctual, organised, motivated and proactive, with a high EQ and a positive, patient-focused approach.
