About the Role

This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to the health,



wellbeing and recovery outcomes of Casey employees. School hours considered (9:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday) with flexibility available.

As an Injury Management and Wellbeing Business Partner, you will work closely with employees, People Leaders, medical professionals and insurers to support the end-to-end management of workplace injuries and illnesses. You'll balance legislative compliance with a compassionate, people-centred approach, helping employees recover safely and return to meaningful work. The role operates within a business partnering model and plays an important part in promoting health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.

What You’ll deliver

- End-to-end injury management support, from early intervention through to recovery and return to work outcomes.
- Practical guidance and support to People Leaders on injury management obligations and return to work planning.
- Development and delivery of injury management training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
- Strong partnerships with WorkSafe, insurers, medical providers and rehabilitation specialists.
- Accurate administration of claims, records, reimbursements and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Bring

You are a compassionate and resilient professional who can navigate complex and sometimes challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. You enjoy building trusted relationships, influencing outcomes and supporting people through recovery while ensuring legislative compliance.

- Experience in injury management, return to work, occupational rehabilitation, OHS, allied health or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Accident Compensation and WIRC Act 2013.




- Experience developing return to work and health management plans for physical and psychological injuries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- A current Return to Work Coordinator certificate, or the ability to maintain one.
- Qualifications in Injury Management, OHS, Allied Health or equivalent experience.
- National Criminal History Check, Work Rights and Working with Children Check.
