We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Sales team and play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth across Queensland and beyond for the Clark Tanks and Team Poly Tanks.

Reporting to the CEO, NPI Group you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, maximising customer retention, and ensuring strong alignment between Sales and Marketing. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving sales performance, and building lasting customer relationships.

The role can be based at either our Lonsdale, SA or Yatala, QLD sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, mentor and develop a high-performing Internal Sales team.
- Set clear sales targets, performance expectations, and development objectives.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and customer focus.
- Recruit, onboard and develop top sales talent.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Drive outbound sales activity and new business development opportunities
- Maximise customer retention and account growth opportunities
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes.
- Support complex sales opportunities, negotiations, and customer escalation
- Partner closely with Marketing to execute lead generation campaigns
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of marketing-qualified leads
- Champion CRM excellence and accurate sales pipeline management
- Develop and enhance sales processes, workflows, and best practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience leading an Internal Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Growth team.




- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
- Experience working closely with Marketing to drive lead generation and conversion outcomes.
- Understanding of digital marketing, customer journey mapping, and campaign performance.
- Experience managing merchant, distributor, or trade-based customer networks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Ability to travel interstate when required.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
