Case Worker – CUSP Mental Health Program

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Case Worker to join our CUSP Mental Health team, supporting children, young people and families across the Armadale and Kelmscott area, and based at our Kelmscott office.

The CUSP program is a non-clinical, early intervention mental health program supporting children and young people aged 5–18 years who are experiencing, or may be vulnerable to developing, mental health challenges.

CUSP works alongside children, young people and their families to strengthen emotional wellbeing, build resilience and develop practical strategies that support positive and sustainable outcomes. As a non-clinical program, our focus is on relationship-based support, early intervention, prevention and capacity building, working collaboratively with the children, young people and their families as well as the broader support network around the child or young person.

Our approach is child and young person-focused, family-centred and strengths-based, recognising that every child, young person and family brings their own strengths, experiences and goals. Support is tailored to individual needs and delivered flexibly across home, school and community settings.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Case Worker who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children, young people and families and wants to be part of a supportive team focused on making a genuine difference.

You will be comfortable working independently while also being part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will bring sound qualified judgement, curiosity and flexibility to your practice and be able to engage children who may be experiencing multiple or complex challenges.

Ideally, you will bring:

- A degree in Social Work or a recognised equivalent qualification
