Project Marketing Executive | $120,000–$130,000 + super | Property Development | Full-Time

Bring property projects to life through great marketing. Are you a hands-on marketer who loves seeing a campaign move from an initial idea through to launch and beyond?

We’re looking for a Project Marketing Executive to join an established property development business and take ownership of the day-to-day marketing delivery across a portfolio of residential projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets satisfaction from making sure every detail — from the creative and digital campaign through to the display suite, signage and customer communications — comes together seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing projects to market and supporting their ongoing sales and leasing success.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple residential projects.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, WIPs and marketing documentation.
- Briefing and managing creative agencies, consultants, suppliers and production partners.
- Coordinating collateral, renders, photography, videography, signage and display suite requirements.
- Managing project websites, CRM campaigns, email marketing, online listings and digital advertising.
- Supporting project launches, display suite openings, sales events and settlement campaigns.
- Coordinating leasing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve results.
- Managing quotations, purchase orders, approvals, invoices and marketing administration.
- Ensuring every customer touchpoint is accurate, polished and aligned with brand standards.

What you’ll bring
You’ll be an organised and commercially minded marketer who can confidently juggle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders without losing sight of the detail.

Ideally, you’ll have:





- 4+ years’ experience in project marketing, marketing coordination or a similar role.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple projects.
- Property, development, construction or real estate experience is highly regarded.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and creative partners.
- Strong project management, organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, CMS and digital marketing platforms.
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience is desirable.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with robust attention to detail.
- The ability to balance quality, budgets and deadlines.
- A genuine interest in property, marketing and delivering great customer experiences.
