About You:





- Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with practice experience of 5 years +

- Friendly, positive, energetic, and personable.

- Excellent clinical reasoning, communication and exercise prescription skills.

- Strong experience developing and delivering individualised exercise programs.

- Experience managing a varied and complex caseload.

- Confidence and proven ability in building professional relationships and referral networks.

- A genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of Exercise Physiology service at Peak Physio.

- Experienced in mentoring other Exercise Physiologists and supporting the development of junior clinicians.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Avid learner, committed to ongoing development and professional excellence.

- Reliable and honest. We value integrity above all else.

It would be a bonus if you have experience or interest in Workers Compensation, CTP / Third Party, NDIS, Aged Care / Support at Home, chronic disease management, neurological rehabilitation, persistent pain, falls prevention, paediatrics, complex disability, functional capacity assessments and community-based rehabilitation.
