About You

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understand that success comes from working together, and a willingness to learn and try new things, embrace feedback and continually grow.
You understand that a great dental experience starts with how patients are welcomed, supported and cared for, and that a great team is built on trust, communication and accountability.
You have a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and 1-2 years experience. Experience with EXACT dental software is a bonus.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at Smiles Are Us, you'll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients receive an exception experience.
This role will be for 37 hours per week spread across 4 days.
You responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting during general dental and surgical procedures
- Sterilising instruments and maintaining high infection control standards
- Preparing and restocking treatment rooms
- Working closely with clinicians to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic and the success of the wider team
