Join the team as our Cafe Manager in an inner city Mildura cafe. We are currently seeking a talented individual with a proven track record of leadership to manage our Cafe & watersports.
As the Cafe Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the cafe and assist in the rental of the water sports equipment. Your responsibilities will include managing the staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing full-service restaurants or clubs. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams and are required to be hands on, ensuring that operational standards and procedures are consistently met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will also have a valid RSA and Food Handlers.
