About Happyfield

Since opening its doors in October 2020, Happyfield has earned a reputation as one of Sydney’s busiest and most beloved cafés. We’ve been featured in Broadsheet, Time Out, Good Food, and the Sydney Morning Herald—and we’re proud to have been named Good Food Guide 2024 Café of the Year.

We’ve since expanded with Happy Shop by Happyfield, our quick-service, high-end takeaway concept located just two doors down. Now open, Happy Shop brings the same focus on Good Food, Positive Coffee, and Good Service to a fresh, fast-paced format.

Our success is built on these three core values—but none of it happens without a great team. At Happyfield, we put people first. We’ve created a workplace that’s fun, energetic, and constantly evolving, and we’re looking for great people to join our Happyfield team.
