About the role

Buffalo Doors is looking for a hungry, personable and accountable Sales Consultant who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, meeting customers and turning enquiries into sales. You'll take ownership of customer enquiries from first contact through to an accepted quote. This is a Sales Consultant position where you'll be the local face of Buffalo Doors, responding quickly to inbound leads, visiting customers on site, understanding their needs, preparing accurate quotes and following through until the opportunity is won. We care more about your attitude and approach than your knowledge of garage doors. We can teach you the product—you’ll bring the energy, ownership and ability to build rapport.

Key responsibilities

- Responding promptly to inbound sales enquiries

- Travelling throughout Wangaratta and North East Victoria for site visits

- Understanding customer needs, measuring accurately and recommending suitable solutions

- Preparing professional quotes and following up consistently





- Managing your opportunities and customer activity in HubSpot

- Building relationships with local builders and commercial customers

- Providing a smooth handover to the operations and installation team

- Becoming a trusted and recognisable face of Buffalo Doors in the region

About you

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A proactive and accountable approach

- Confidence managing customers and closing sales

- Valuable attention to detail when measuring and quoting

- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups

- Confidence using—or learning—HubSpot

- A current Australian driver's licence

- Sales, construction or building-product experience would be helpful but is not essential
