No recruitment experience? Honestly, don't worry about it. If you've got a background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, or HR, you already have the skills that matter. We can teach you the recruitment craft and the tech landscape. What we can't teach is drive, curiosity, and the confidence to pick up the phone and back yourself.

What You’ll Actually Be DoingYou won't be sitting in a corner making cold calls into the void. You'll partner with experienced senior consultants across hot markets like Cloud, Software Engineering, Cyber, and AI.

- Hunting down top tech talent: Using tools like LinkedIn, Seek, Bullhorn, and SourceBreaker to find the right candidates.
- Screening and interviewing: Getting on the phone, meeting people face-to-face or on video, and figuring out what makes them tick.
- Building a network: Connecting with tech specialists before jobs even go live, so you're always one step ahead.
- Looking after our contractors: Keeping in touch with your candidates once they land a role, making sure they’re looked after.
- Getting out there: Attending local tech meetups and events, flying the Emanate flag, and building your personal brand in Brisbane.
