Caledonia is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Workshop Foreman to lead our Wangara workshop and Perth metro site crews. This hands-on leadership role will see you coordinate fabrication schedules, manage orders and deliveries, support your team and help grow the pipeline of work.

About the role

· Lead the day-to-day operation of the Wangara sheet metal workshop

· Coordinate fabrication schedules, workflow and priorities

· Manage orders, materials and delivery requirements

· Lead and support workshop employees and Perth metro site crews

· Maintain a solid focus on quality, efficiency and timely delivery

· Help develop and grow the pipeline of work

About you





· Sheet Metal trade qualification—essential

· Experience leading fabrication teams

· Experience working with CNC laser equipment

· Robust organisational and communication skills

· A practical, hands-on approach to workshop leadership
