Job Description

The Rococo Group are looking for a friendly, motivated bartender/ all rounder who enjoy working in a fun, quick paced environment to join our team at the Mordialloc venue. We have casual and part time positions available.

The Company

Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in the creating an experience for all our guests. We currently have 4 restaurants in Victoria.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:
Making Coffee - previous barista experience is required
Mixing drinks, cocktails, pouring beers and wine
Stock replenishment
General cleaning
Ability to produce high quality coffees & alcoholic beverages
Ability to work at a quick pace
Assisting on the floor, running food and beverages to tables

Current RSA certificate is a must

The potential candidate will have a keen eye for attention to detail,



high level of consistency and quality of our drinks in our quick paced workplace.

Previous barista and cocktail making experience is essential. Weekend and evening availability required.

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
