We’re a growing sports, headwear and apparel retailer bringing together some of the biggest teams, leagues and brands from around the world — and we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our team at our Carindale Store
We want someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, talking product, coaching their team and chasing a great result.
THE ROLE
You'll take ownership of your store and:
Drive sales and deliver strong commercial results
Lead, coach and develop a high-energy retail team
Create a excellent customer experience
Deliver high Visual Merchandise (VM) standards
Manage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day operations
Build a team culture that is fun, competitive and accountable
ABOUT YOU
You’ll ideally have Store Manager experience in fashion, sports, footwear, streetwear or another rapid-paced retail setting.
More importantly, you're a sales-focused leader who brings energy, knows how to get the best out of people and isn't afraid to get amongst it. A genuine interest in sport, headwear, sneakers or fashion is a must.
