About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Duty Manager to join our expanding team at King Road Brewery as we look to take the venue to new and exciting levels. In this role you'll be responsible for running front of house service, driving staff and implementing training procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the venue

Training staff to a high level of customer service both on the floor and bar

Managing service, ambiance and tv outputs

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a bar, brewery or restaurant environment

Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

A can do,



problem solving attitude

Passion for food, beverage, and customer service

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

RSA approved managers certificate and knowledge of local compliance requirements

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
