Toowoomba Coffee House is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Casual Café All-Rounder to join our team.

We are a busy local café with a small team, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable helping with different tasks throughout the day. The role includes customer service, serving food and drinks, cleaning, and general café duties.

We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, stay aware of what is happening around them, and help the team wherever needed.

About the Role

Your duties may include:
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Serving meals, coffee and other drinks
Running food and drinks to tables
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
Washing dishes and assisting with kitchen duties
Keeping the café and work areas clean and organised
Restocking cups, cutlery and other supplies
Helping other staff during busy periods
Providing friendly and productive customer service

As we are a small team, being able to move between different tasks and help where needed is an important part of the role.

Can work efficiently in a busy environment
Can follow instructions and learn quickly
Works well as part of a small team
Is willing to help with cleaning, dishes and general café duties
Pays attention to what is happening around them
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told every task
Has flexible weekday and/or weekend availability

Previous experience in café, hospitality, retail or customer service is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
