Full time Restaurant Chef

We are looking for a reliable and experienced chef to join our restaurant kitchen.

We are a Hyderabadi restaurant looking for someone who has experience preparing authentic Indian and Hyderabadi food, including:
Goat curry
Dum ka chicken
Chicken tikka masala
Biryani
Different curries
Other traditional Hyderabadi and Indian dishes

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Days: 5–6 days per week, with up to 2 days off depending on the roster.

What we are looking for:
Experience cooking Indian/Hyderabadi food
Someone reliable, hardworking and ready to work
Someone looking for a long-term position and committed to the team
Valuable teamwork and communication
Ability to maintain consistent food quality
Positive knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene




Ideally someone living in or close to Melbourne CBD/inner Melbourne, as this makes travelling to work easier

Employees receive appropriate breaks during their shift and staff meals are provided at no cost.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
