As Cook, your duties will include:
Preparing and cooking menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
Assisting with daily kitchen operations and service preparation.
Supporting the Chef or Restaurant Manager with menu preparation and seasonal food ideas.
Checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when required.
Receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients correctly.
Following HACCP procedures, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
Assisting with portion control, food presentation, and reducing waste.
Supporting and guiding junior kitchen staff when needed.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
