You'll initially work predominantly chairside as an significant part of the clinical team. As you become established within the practice, there is a genuine prospect to develop into administration, leadership and potentially Practice Management.
Key responsibilities
Chairside assisting across general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Preparing surgeries, room changeovers and sterilisation
Maintaining excellent infection control and clinical standards
Creating a warm, comfortable experience for patients
Supporting reception, payments and administration when required
Gradually taking on greater responsibility across reception, appointment book management, patient follow-up, practice systems, team coordination and day-to-day operations
About you
Experience in dental assisting is essential
Genuinely enjoys working in the dental industry
Confident chairside, organised and reliable
Takes initiative and enjoys having responsibility
Communicates exceptionally well with patients and teammates
Wants to develop administration and leadership skills
Looking for a long-term career and wants to grow with a practice
Experience in dental reception, administration or treatment coordination would be highly regarded, but isn't essential
