What the Work Involves:
Running busy bars, beer taps, wine, and basic mixed drinks in high-volume event settings.
Three-plate carrying and tray beverage service for plated lunches, dinners, and corporate functions.
Event setup, resetting dining rooms, and basic close-down tasks.
Working cleanly, moving quick during rushes, and treating patrons decently.

What You Need:
A valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Real floor or bar experience. You don't need fine-dining credentials, but you must know how to carry three plates steadily, pull a clean pint, or operate a busy till without hand-holding.
Solid personal presentation—clean, ironed black shirt/trousers and comfortable, polishable black shoes.
Reliability. If you commit to a shift, you turn up on time and ready to work.
