Vintners Wine Bar & Bistro is seeking a Head Chef to work closely with the Wine Making Team's Viticulturalist and Horticulturalist to ensure a paddock to plate concept in a Mediterranean style of menu. The role is based at Vintners Wine Bar & Bistro, located in Witchcliffe, 10 kilometres south of Margaret River.
Key responsibilities
Work with excellent local produce and regional suppliers
Contribute to menu development and seasonal dishes
Work efficiently and consistently during service
Support the wider kitchen team
About you
Proven experience as a Head Chef
Solid technical and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently and consistently during service
Passion for local produce and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine
Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team
