Our Prahran studio is seeking a highly creative Architect who balances a refined design eye with the technical rigour required to deliver the pinnacle of luxury.
The Chance
As a creative Architect, you are the custodian of the RMA vision from the first sketch to the final handover. You will own the project lifecycle, acting as the primary interface for high-net-worth clients, specialist consultants, and elite builders.
The Role
Creative Leadership: Work closely with Rob Mills to develop and resolve architectural design.
End-to-End Ownership: Be a part of prestigious residential projects through Concept, DA, Documentation, and high-stakes Construction phases.
Relationships Mastery: Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and builders throughout every stage of the project.
Multidisciplinary Approach: Collaborate closely with our interiors team to deliver seamless architectural and interior outcomes.
Mentorship:
Mentor junior team members while contributing to a team-oriented studio culture.
Your Profile
Experience: 6+ years of post-graduate experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.
Technical Excellence: Advanced Revit skills are essential. You understand how to translate complex design into buildable, refined documentation.
Authority: You are a confident communicator who can lead a site meeting as effectively as a design workshop.
Judgement: You possess a deep understanding of materiality, proportion, and the "quiet luxury" that defines the RMA aesthetic.
