Join a growing trades business and play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly. Working closely with builders, field technicians and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating daily job bookings, scheduling trade crews and providing exceptional customer service.

Your recent role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the central point of contact for builders and field teams, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, communicated effectively and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing a high-volume of booking inbox and responding promptly to client enquiries
Coordinating service requests and creating detailed work orders for plumbing, drainage and repair works
Scheduling technicians, equipment and resources to maximise efficiency and meet client deadlines
Maintaining accurate job schedules and adjusting priorities as operational requirements change
Acting as the primary liaison between builders, site teams and management
Providing detailed job briefings to field crews, including site requirements and scope of works
Resolving scheduling issues,



site access challenges and operational queries
Monitoring job progress and ensuring clients receive timely updates throughout project delivery
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer

What you'll need to succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a trades-based service coordination or scheduling role
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
The ability to prioritise competing workloads in a fast-paced environment
Confidence liaising with both clients and field-based teams
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong computer skills and experience using scheduling or job management systems
