Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the NDIS Client Management System.
Administer user accounts, access permissions and system security settings.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to staff.
Configure and maintain participant profiles, service agreements, funding information and other client records.
Support client scheduling, staff rostering and service delivery functions within the system.
Support the maintenance of case notes, progress notes and service records.
Assist with NDIS claiming, invoicing and billing functions within the Client Management System.
Monitor system data and identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
Generate operational, participant, rostering, service delivery and management reports.
Assist management with data extraction and analysis for operational and compliance purposes.
Support integration between the Client Management System,
accounting/payroll software and other business applications.
Liaise with software vendors and external IT providers to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Assist with software upgrades, system configuration, testing and implementation of recent functionality.
Develop and maintain system procedures, user guides and technical documentation.
Provide systems training and ongoing support to recent and existing employees.
Identify prospects to improve workflows, automate administrative processes and increase system efficiency.
Support Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based applications used by the organisation.
Assist with system access controls, data security and backup processes.
Maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of participant and organisational information.
Provide other IT and systems support as required.
