About the Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead with a transparent educational vision that promotes high-quality learning outcomes, equity, inclusion and socially just practices for all students.
Set and maintain high expectations for student achievement, staff performance and continuous improvement across the curriculum or whole-school program.
Build strong partnerships with students, families, colleagues, government agencies and community organisations to strengthen student outcomes and school engagement.




Provide strategic and future-focused leadership by responding to emerging educational priorities, engaging in lifelong professional learning, and aligning practice with relevant legislation, policies and departmental requirements.
Effectively manage resources and operations by strategically allocating human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve agreed priorities, goals and outcomes.
