Navia is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our growing Melbourne Airport team. This is a full-time chance for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and are looking for long-term career stability within a growing logistics and freight business.

What You'll Be Doing
Receiving, checking and dispatching freight
Pick packing and inventory management
Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Maintaining accurate records and warehouse systems
Contributing to a clean, organised and compliant warehouse workplace

What We're Looking For
Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
LO Order picker Licence (desirable)
Previous warehouse, freight or logistics experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
Adaptable attitude and willingness to learn
