The Role:
Manage the day to day operation of a portfolio, effectively communicating with tenants, owners and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections
Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals
Monitor arrears, process disbursements, prepare annual outgoings budgets and income and expenditure for owners
Oversee facilities management, contractors and property maintenance

About You:
Ideally 5+ years commercial property management experience
Solid knowledge of legislation including commercial tenancy (retail)
Robust financial acumen
WA Property Management License
A valid WA Driver's License
