Allied Health Clinicians – Casual | Community & Residential | Melbourne

$60–$80 per hour + super | Choose your own hours and regions

About us
True Hand Health Services deliver Allied Health services to aged care facilities, Support at Home providers and community clients across Melbourne. We handle intake, rostering and compliance so our clinicians can focus on their clients.

Why clinicians work with us
Competitive pay. $55–$70/hr plus super, based on experience and discipline.
Real flexibility. You choose your days, hours and service regions. This suits clinicians balancing family, study or their own private practice.
Admin handled for you. Our team manages client intake, scheduling, compliance paperwork and client communication.
Wide-ranging caseload. You'll work across home, community and residential aged care settings.
Report writing and documentation time is paid at your hourly rate.

Who we need
Physiotherapists: mobility assessments, falls prevention, strength rehabilitation and pain management.
Occupational Therapists: functional assessments, assistive technology trials and prescription,



and home modification reports.
Speech Pathologists: communication support, swallowing assessments and mealtime management plans.
Podiatrists: general community foot care and high-risk foot management.

What you'll need
Current AHPRA registration (Physio, OT, Podiatry), or eligibility for Certified Practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
At least 1–2 years' experience in community or residential aged care
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Current First Aid and CPR
A full Australian driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
Robust clinical reasoning and transparent, timely report writing
