We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Full-Time Retail Team Member to join our Wendouree store.
What You’ll Do
Provide friendly customer service
Serve and package donuts and other products
Prepare coffee and beverages
Operate the POS and process customer transactions
Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented
Restock products and assist with daily store duties
Work as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service or food service experience is required
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Reliable and responsible
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced workplace
POS or cash-handling experience is a plus
Availability
Full-time position
Adaptable availability across Monday to Sunday is required
Willingness to work a range of shifts, including weekends
