XCircle – Advanced Manufacturing

XCircle is rapidly expanding its Wangara and Neerabup manufacturing facilities to meet growing demand for modular critical power infrastructure and AI data centre solutions. We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join our paint and finishing team at our Wangara facility on a full-time ongoing basis.

The Role

You will be the right hand of our painter – keeping the painter painting. That means doing all the prep work so there is always a trolley of ready parts waiting and the paint line never stops.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare paint materials – mixing, thinning and setting up paint and coatings to spec
Dipping parts in the dip tanks, hanging and draining
Sanding, scuffing, degreasing and cleaning parts ready for coating
Loading parts onto trolleys and racks and moving them to and from the paint area
Masking and staging so the painter always has the next job lined up
Unloading, checking and staging finished parts for the next process
Keeping the paint area,



tanks and equipment clean and organised
Secure handling of paints, solvents and PPE in line with company and WHS standards

About You
Prep, painting, panel shop or workshop experience a bonus – but not essential, we will train you
Physically fit – this is a hands-on role with lifting, standing all shift and wearing a respirator/PPE
Reliable, punctual and keeps a valuable pace
Takes pride in a clean, tidy finish
Forklift ticket (desirable)
Own steel cap boots

What We Offer
Full time ongoing employment
$33.00 per hour + 1.5x Overtime + Super
Weekly pay
40.5-hour week – 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 12:30pm Friday
