Burger Culture is seeking reliable, motivated and experienced crew members to join our busy team in Williamstown.

We are a fast-paced burger shop looking for team members who can work efficiently under pressure, take initiative and contribute positively to a cooperative team environment.

Experience Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Kitchen operations
Grill station
Fryer
Food preparation
Customer service or front of house

Available Shifts

We currently have the following shifts available:
Evening shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday — approximately 5 hours per day
Full-day shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday — approximately 8 to 10 hours per day

Day and evening shifts may vary depending on your experience and availability.

We also welcome applications from hospitality students participating in job-ready programs.
