About the role

We are looking for a hands on, hospitality passionate Manager to lead our bar and restaurant. You will run the floor, manage the bar, and lead a team in a busy venue.

Run the floor and manage bar operations

Lead and encourage fellow team members

Manage a busy bar and restaurant

About you

2+ years experience managing a busy bar and restaurant

Key responsibilities:

. Managing day-to-day restaurant operations.

. Coordinating restaurant staff & rosters.

. Overseeing customer services & dining operations.

. Managing stock & supplies.

.



Maintaing food safety & workplace standards.

. Monitoring sales & operational performance.

. Supervising staff & coordinating the restaurants operations with the bar.

Solid leader who can run the floor and manage a bar

Drinks knowledge and food knowledge

Ability to keep composed under pressure whilst being outstanding with guests

RSA essential

Approved managers certificate necessary

Must be available weekends
