Nestled in the heart of beautiful Sorrento, our garden cafe is a local haven built on a love for exceptional coffee, fresh food, and warm, welcoming service. We pride ourselves on our community connection and are looking for a passionate, reliable Front of House All-Rounder to join our close-knit team.
The Role
This is a full time position working 5 days a week (with 2 consecutive days off to recharge). As an integral part of our daily operations, you will be the face of our cafe.
Your daily tasks will include:
Greeting our lovely guests and managing the POS/ordering system with a smile.
Crafting exceptional, high-quality coffee (robust barista skills are a must).
Delivering fresh, beautiful meals to our tables.
Maintaining a clean,
inviting space - we believe keeping the cafe beautiful is a true team effort!
What We Are Looking For
Coffee Skills: You are confident behind the machine and passionate about serving a great coffee.
Autonomy & Initiative: You are capable and comfortable managing a shift or a quiet day on your own when needed.
A Positive Attitude: You genuinely love hospitality, connecting with locals, and working collaboratively.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
