We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Store Assistant to join our team. This opportunity suits someone with solid sales skills, an interest in the automotive industry, and a commitment to achieving results.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in store and over the phone.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and close sales.
Work towards individual and store sales targets.
Support daily store operations and maintain high standards of store presentation.
Drive customer vehicles and collect deliveries as required.
Contribute to a collaborative, professional team setting.
About you
Previous experience in retail.
At least one year of experience in the automotive industry.
Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A professional approach to customer service and store presentation.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Australian work rights.
A full driver’s license is preferred.
