MULTI-SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER

$48–$52 Per Hour | Immediate Start | Interstate Project Travel

Diligent Group Australia is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Worker for an immediate-start prospect with an established construction and engineering business.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely versatile on site and comfortable moving between plant operation, general construction duties and project support.

The position includes interstate project travel, including an upcoming project expected to run for approximately three months.

The Role

Depending on project requirements, your duties may include:
Operating excavators and skid steers
General civil and construction works
Site preparation and clean-up
Material movement and handling
Assisting trades and site crews




Basic earthworks and ground preparation
Supporting structural and civil project activities
Working across changing site environments
Travelling interstate for project requirements

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in civil, construction or infrastructure environments
Excavator operating experience
Skid steer operating experience
Relevant plant tickets and licences
Construction White Card
Current driver licence
Strong safety awareness
Ability and willingness to travel interstate
Comfortable working away from home for extended project periods
Reliable, adaptable and willing to assist across different areas of site

This is not a single-skill operator role. We’re looking for someone who can contribute across multiple areas of a construction project and is comfortable getting involved wherever required.
