The Face Philosophy is looking for a warm, caring and highly organised Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator to join our close knit team. We pride ourselves on creating an experience where our patients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for and valued. The role will start in January 2027 but training and fill in days may begin this year with our busy season approaching.
Key responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients
Manage clinic administration, payments and bookings
Maintain organisation and attention to detail in all clinic operations
Work autonomously and as part of a team
Assist with additional coverage during staff holidays, leave and busy clinic periods as needed
About you
Warm, friendly, caring and naturally great with people
Passionate about exceptional customer service
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident with numbers, payments and administration
A quick learner who is willing and eager to learn
Reliable, honest and able to use initiative
Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team
Calm and capable in a busy workplace
Flexible with your availability
Previous experience in aesthetics, skin, beauty or a similar industry is an advantage, but not essential
