Pasture of Balmoral is evolving into a refined, contemporary neighbourhood restaurant overlooking Balmoral Beach. We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor / Shift Supervisor to support our growing operation and help lead our team in delivering warm, polished, and memorable guest experiences.

This role suits someone who is confident on the floor, calm under pressure, and passionate about genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Leading the FOH team during service with professionalism and a steady presence.
Managing shift flow, pacing, seating, and guest communication.
Supporting staff with coaching, guidance, and problem‑solving throughout service.
Ensuring high standards of presentation, service quality, and venue cleanliness.
Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests with care and discretion.
Coordinating closely with the kitchen to maintain smooth service timing.
Overseeing opening and closing procedures,



daily reporting, and briefings.
Upholding food‑safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at all times.

About You
Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role within a café or restaurant.
Robust communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
Warm, confident, and guest‑focused approach.
Ability to stay composed and make clear decisions during busy periods.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with POS and reservation systems.
A collaborative mindset and positive attitude.

Pay: $63,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
