What You'll Do:
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with our clients. Every phone call and email is a chance to show our dedication to their financial well-being.
Service Excellence: Provide excellent service at every step, making sure our clients feel valued and supported.
Administrative Support: Help our financial advisors by organizing client files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. You'll also answer phone calls, manage emails, handle office tasks like scanning and ordering supplies.
