We are seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual pool in HABERFEILD. As an AIN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and support to clients in aged care. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and want to make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities including:
Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Feeding and hydration
Mobility assistance and transfers
Provide emotional support and companionship
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
Assist with straightforward clinical tasks under supervision
Maintain a clean and secure environment
Follow care plans and document services delivered
Adhere to infection control and manual handling procedures
Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Nursing Student
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
National Police Check (current or ability to obtain)
NSW Working With Children Check (if required)
Availability for adaptable shifts including weekends
Previous experience in aged care at least 6 months
Pay: $45.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 per week
