Red Rock Venues is a hospitality group with a range of well-established venues across Australia. In Melbourne, we operate ten unique venues including Cookie, P.J. O’Brien’s, BearBrass, Ludlow Dining Room, Hophaus eouropean bar & dining, Temperance Hotel, and The Precinct in Richmond. We’re Hiring:
Red Rock Venues is looking for experienced kitchen staff, qualified chefs, and skilled cooks to join our P.J.O'Briens kitchen team. We’re seeking specialists who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen workplace, take pride in producing high-quality food, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

We’re currently recruiting for:
Qualified Chefs – capable of managing sections and consistently delivering exceptional dishes
Chef de Parties (CDPs) – experienced in high-volume kitchens and skilled in their designated section




Commis & Line Cooks – reliable, motivated, and eager to grow their culinary skills

Roles are available on a casual, part time, or ongoing full-time basis.

Proven experience in busy kitchens, restaurants, or hospitality environments
Strong technical skills and a genuine passion for food
Skilled, calm, and team-focused approach
Attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work
Flexibility and adaptability across different kitchen styles and service formats
