About the role

This is a part-time /full time dental assistant and dental receptionist role located in Campbelltown, NSW 2560 at Family Dental Care. The prospect is for the role of dental assistant or Dental receptionist but combination of dental assistant and dental receptionist responsibilities is preferable but not necessary.

What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dentist during procedures
Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks
Maintaining and sterilising dental equipment and instruments
Processing insurance claims and managing patient records
Ensuring the dental practice is clean, organised, and well-stocked
Communicating effectively with patients and the dental team

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a dental assistant or dental receptionist, preferably in a similar dental practice setting
Robust interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent patient service
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment




Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems
A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
