Pizza Riccardo is a busy Italian restaurant in Narrabeen, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and hands-on — someone who can lead the floor, support the team and make sure every service runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Managing the floor during service
Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
Managing bookings and table organisation
Taking orders and providing excellent customer service
Handling customer requests and resolving issues professionally
Coordinating with the kitchen and bar during busy services
Opening and closing the restaurant
Helping maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
About you:
Previous hospitality experience is essential
Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
Confident managing a team and busy services
Friendly, skilled and reliable
Solid communication and organisational skills
Able to work well under pressure
Available evenings and weekends
Looking for a stable, long-term position
