About the Role

We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to provide personal care supports to an NDIS participant. This role is ideal for someone with solid communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to duty of care.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting social and community participation, outings and excursions
Assist client with transportation and community access
Assisting with daily life skill development such as inter-personal communication skills, building self-independence, etc.
Encouraging choice, autonomy, and active participation in daily activities
Following care plans and achieving goals with participants
Maintain accurate reporting (includes progress notes, timesheets,



incident reports, etc)
Honest and transparent communication & feedback.
Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and consistency at all times.

About You

You are a dependable, empathetic, and proactive support worker with:
Fluent communication.
Punctual and Reliable
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Commitment to participant safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Calm and supportive approach with empathy and compassion

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.44 – $36.23 per hour
