Prime Route Retail Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced cook for a busy, established roadhouse approximately 20 minutes north of Gympie. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, support the existing hot food range, and help develop a practical roadhouse menu.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve consistent, quality meals during busy periods
Assist with menu development, daily preparation and stock control
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
Work closely with the retail team to provide friendly, effective service
About you
Commercial cooking experience
Comfortable working independently
Enjoy serving positive food in a quick-paced setting
Availability for weekday, evening and weekend shifts is desirable
