Full Job Description:

Connect Resources are a specialist provider of Recruitment and Labour hire solutions. Our recruitment team have a combined 20+ years recruiting for local & FIFO roles in WA, NSW & QLD specialising in labour hire and permanent placements across multiple scopes of work. These include Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, Manufacturing and Mining for blue-collar trades.

Your recent role:

You'll play a key part in attracting, mobilising and supporting contractors for current and ongoing assignments. This includes mapping talent for future roles, posting job ads across job boards and social platforms, staying in regular contact with contractors, and growing your network through referrals.
As a Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day will also include:
Bringing fresh ideas to the table and supporting your teammates to drive collective success
Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
Building genuine client relationships and understanding their hiring needs




Running candidate assessments and interviews
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and market shifts

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
Robust, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
A real eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
