This role provides the backbone to a successful team and requires a person with drive and ambition to get things done.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Logistics team to provide support
Preparing and managing weekly Rosters
Overseeing the local distribution team
Checking driver trip and fatigue sheets
Monitoring fatigue and records
Maintaining driver records, licences, training, etc.
Ensuring compliance across the logistics team
Managing vehicle movements and utilisation of equipment
Communicating with drivers and team members
Checking and updating our Job Management System
Liaising and building rapport with customers
Assisting with Incident Reporting and Investigation
Assisting with HACCP and HVA Audits
Spreadsheet reporting and data analysis
Rotation of assisting with after-hours phone calls
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Prior transport administration experience (highly regarded)
Excellent time management skills, planning and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid skills in using applications such as Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
Certificate, Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (highly regarded)
Forklift and/or Truck licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Experience in a similar role.
