About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store. You’ll maintain high standards of service and presentation, and help shape an outstanding customer experience. It’s an ideal role for someone who’s enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and delivering excellent customer service
Managing daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising
Helping maintain a high standard of presentation and product knowledge
Working alongside director to drive marketing strategy
Supporting sales goals and customer service standards
Your typical day
Providing an in-store experience that inspires and empowers our customers
Engaging with our customers by sharing your product knowledge and experience
Receipting, replenishing and merchandising
Keeping up to date with current and current products in our range
Working in a team to achieve goals and objectives together
THE ROLE
