RKM Roller Company is a leading manufacturer of innovative engineered conveyor rollers, idlers, and structure, with in house design and site support servicing the mining resources and bulk material handling industries, throughout Australia and Internationally.

We have a world class manufacturing facility in China and have a manufacturing facility in Welshpool, Perth. We have a broad customer base in the mining and grain handling industry.

We are seeking a motivated QA/QC Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance to be part of a friendly small business team with immediate start available.

This role is based in Welshpool, Perth.

Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections, review manufacturing drawings and QC reports.
Liaise with factory to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) from Engineering's input and client requirements.
Review and maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results.
Maintain material traceability,



including mill certificates, heat numbers and supplier compliance documents.
Compile and submit Manufacturer's Data Reports (MDRs) and handover packs to client requirements and deadlines.
Document control

About You
Experience in QA/QC administration in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering.
Working knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, material traceability and mill certificates.
Experience compiling MDRs or quality handover packs for clients.
Able to read engineering drawings (Autocad) and standards at a basic level, including revision blocks and title blocks.
Robust skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF editing; experience with a document management system.
High attention to detail and confidence following up the workshop on incomplete records.
Robust interpersonal & communication skills
This role requires international travel to China
