Dementia Support Australia is seeking a Dementia Helpline Consultant to join our Osborne Park team. This full time, fixed-term role provides expert support by phone, Telehealth, and email to families and care providers, to manage dementia-related behaviours and improve care practices.

You will triage referrals, assess clients, and collaborate with the Dementia Centre and HC Connect systems while meeting performance expectations and contributing to service improvement.
