Dow Earthmoving is looking for an experienced Excavator and Bobcat Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long term, full time employment with a respected and established local earthmoving company.
About the role
You will operate excavators ranging from 5t to 14t, along with skid steers and trucks, across a variety of local projects. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated operator who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a solid focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
Detailed excavation
Construction of concrete and sandstone block retaining walls
Site cuts
General trenching and earthworks
Transporting machines and material between sites
Skills, Experience & Licences
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators and bobcats across a range of site conditions
Excavator & skid steer tickets
Drivers licence
HC or HR truck licence
White card
Ability to read site plans
Robust commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
